It is amazing that in this day and age we commit so much more attention

to the health of our body than we do to the health of our mind.

Why is it that we are prepared to spend time and effort thinking,

talking and worrying about our physical well-being

and appearance, yet so little on our psychological well-being?

The Benefits of Mindfulness

The benefits include the promotion of well-being, enhanced performance, reduction in stress, improved concentration and attention.

All of the benefits can be felt at a personal level, in the workplace and in an educational context.

Our goal is to enhance the experiences of people, the performance of teams and

organisations.

The experienced Mind Matters UK team of Consultant Clinical Psychologists, Eating Psychology Coaches, Therapists, Change Managers and Life Coaches possess a deep understanding of the real application of Mindfulness.

We focus on 4 main areas:

Mind Matters UK - Individuals

We face many stresses, strains and challenges in our lives. Life has become quicker and more complex, with many calls on our time and attention.

How we cope with these circumstances affects our happiness, our health and our general appreciation of our lives.

2. Organisations

We have a team of successful business people who have held many senior positions in multi-national organisations. We have assisted many organisations to improve their performance from start-ups to £1.2bn companies.

We have seen the performance benefits to individuals, teams and organisations by applying Mindfulness in the workplace.
